Resetting Your SchoolTool Password For Parents

If you have forgotten your password, you can receive a temporary password as follows:

  • Enter your username and ANY password that you know to be wrong and hit “Enter.” You should then be taken to a page confirms the incorrect password and that will offer you the chance to reset the password.

  • Enter your Username (your email address that is on file with the district) and submit the request. Then check your email for a temporary password. (After you get logged in, you can change the password to one you can remember by navigating to the “Account” tab). Copy this temporary password from the email and paste into the password field, that way no characters are confused for another. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder in the event the reply is flagged by your email client.
