2nd Grade Bocce Ball in the Library
Students using iPod Touches to control their Spheros

Second grade students participated in a Bocce Ball Tournament substituting Bocce Balls with Spheros in the Clinton Avenue Library Media Center. Students used Spheros, a robotic ball, which they programmed to roll down the lane trying to get closer to the pallino. As beginning coders they used a program to give the Sphero commands by drawing a path that represents code for their robot to follow.
