Beginning July 1, 2021, Comsewogue School District will begin using a new Facilities Request form. Please visit this form to request the use of our facilities.
An account will be required to continue to the form. NEW users should complete the left side of the form by creating a unique username, password and entering an email address for the organization. RETURNING users should log back in using the right side with your username and password. This will allow you to see your request history and continue/complete any in-progress requests.
If you have previously requested use of our facilities before July 1, 2021, your username and password from SchoolDude has NOT been carried over to this new system. A new account must be created.
On page 2 of the form, you will be required to choose whether your organization is a school function or a non-school function. School functions are defined as any event that is run by the School District (i.e. club meetings, concert rehearsals, etc.) Non-School Functions are defined as any event that is NOT run by the school and is an outside organization (i.e. boy scouts/girl scouts, dance groups, etc.)
Complete all remaining fields and click “Submit” at the bottom of the form.
