Welcome to the Transportation Department!
Below you will find route information for all of our schools. Please note that the times provided on the route listings are approximate. Your student should be at the bus stop about 10 minutes prior to the approximate pick up time. Our routes are regularly being reviewed for safety and efficiency. As such, changes are occasionally made to routes to improve the routes. Changes may be communicated by the driver or Transportation Department.
Bus stops are designated as the closest corners to serve the most students. Bus drivers do not have the authority to change a bus stop. Changes may only be made by the Comsewogue Transportation Department. All requests for a change of bus stop must be submitted to the email address above. We cannot grant requests for house stops. Please do not ask to have a stop changed closer to your home unless there is an existing stop you prefer.
Kindergarten through 2nd Grade students MUST be met by an authorized adult when being dropped off at their stop. If not met, your student will be brought back to school at the end of the bus run. Please complete the electronic Parent Release Form prior to the start of school. 3rd through 5th grade students can only be let off the bus without an authorized adult if we have written permission from parent/guardian. Complete this form by April 1, 2025 if you are requesting transportation for a child that attends a non-public school.

This application, available on the App Store and Google Play Store, is free and will provide up-to-the-minute bus arrival time and location information for all Comsewogue school buses. By using the “WheresTheBus” app, you will be able to wait for the bus in the comfort of your own home and eliminate the stress of rushing to the bus stop unnecessarily.
