What is SchoolTool?

SchoolTool is where you can log in to find your child's schedules, grades, attendance, and more. It is one central location for all of your child's information. For support, email [email protected] or call 631-474-8164.

SchoolTool Mobile App

The SchoolTool mobile application is available from the App Store and Google Play Store. The app allows parents/guardians to get assignments, grades and attendance information for all of their children instantly in one view. Users will able to receive push notifications when teachers submit assignment grades. Students Grades 6-12 also have access to the Mobile app from their smartphone.

Downloading the SchoolTool App

You can download the SchoolTool Family Portal Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device:

Once the app is downloaded, enter https://comsewoguest.esboces.org/SchoolToolWeb/ as the URL.  Your username and password is the same as the one used for the Parent Portal website or Student Account access. View this document for help downloading the SchoolTool App.

Parents/Guardians

Logging In

At the login page, login with your email address and password. Your login is the email address on file with the district. If you do not have an email on file, contact your school and provide contact information.

Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can receive a temporary password as follows:

Enter your username and ANY password that you know to be wrong and hit “Enter.” You should then be taken to a page confirms the incorrect password and that will offer you the chance to reset the password.

Enter your Username (your email address that is on file with the district) and submit the request. Then check your email for a temporary password. (After you get logged in, you can change the password to one you can remember by navigating to the “Account” tab). Copy this temporary password from the email and paste into the password field, that way no characters are confused for another. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder in the event the reply is flagged by your email client.

If you do not receive a temporary password, that is indicative of an incorrect or outdated email address. Please send an email to [email protected]. Emails are answered in the order they are received.

Students

Logging In

At the login page, Students should use the "Sign in with Google" button. Students will login with their Google Accounts when prompted. 

Reminder: When users log into SchoolTool using Google Authentication, they will also be automatically logged into Google. Users should be aware that logging out of SchoolTool does not automatically log them out of their Google account; users should manually log out of their Google accounts after logging out of SchoolTool when accessing SchoolTool on a shared or public machine.

Sign-In Process

We have enabled Google Single Sign-On for SchoolTool to increase security. Secondary Students will now use their Google Account to sign into SchoolTool via the "Sign-in with Google" button on SchoolTool's Family Portal login page. This change does not apply to parent accounts.

Students should follow these steps below to sign in to SchoolTool.
