March 15th marked an exceptional day for the students of Comsewogue High School's Virtual Enterprise program as they participated in a rigorous cover letter, resume, and interview competition hosted at Walt Whitman High School. Despite being their first time in such a competitive environment, the Comsewogue team demonstrated remarkable skills and determination, with six students securing positions in the “Top 10” for the interview competition.
Adding to the accolades, Sophia Deja clinched third place in the interview competition, further highlighting the depth of talent within the Comsewogue Business program. Joining her in the top ranks were Brandon Bermingham, William Graziano, Gianna Kaspar, Joy Chen, and Aryana Spence, each showcasing their exceptional abilities and professionalism.
The journey to success didn't end there, as the Comsewogue students showed their aptitude for professional communication and presentation, impressing judges with their cover letters, resumes, and interview skills.
Under the guidance of Mr. Ketterer and Mr. Rovello, the Virtual Enterprise teachers, the students have embraced the competitive spirit and are determined to push the boundaries of their capabilities further.
